This model can be used to conduct complex tests such as elongation tests, compression tests, bending tests, shearing tests, peeling tests, tearing tests, low cycle tests, creep tests, etc., as well as testing, analysis and research on the mechanical and processing properties of various metallic materials, building materials, cement structural members, concrete, and other nonmetallic materials or structural members. Any testers with a rating above 100KN have a lower-mounted oil cylinder and are equipped with an automatic hydraulic clamping apparatus, which fundamentally solves the type of problem in which the test sample slips out of position and greatly reduces the work strength of operators.
This model adopts a GTC-AD800 electrohydraulic servo measurement control system. This configuration ensures complete use of fully digitally designed precision instruments and amplifiers, realizes 24-bit high precision digital-analog conversion, and employs advanced digital electrohydraulic proportional servo valves as control elements. It can guarantee long-term trouble-free operation, thanks to its distinguished characteristics like strong resistance against dirt and interference, reliable quality and stable performance. By working in conjunction with its powerful private control software, it can carry out measurement, control, and zeroing automatically; can calibrate itself automatically; can measure continuously throughout the entire measurement range without changing the gearshift; can realize data collection, data processing, curve plotting, and curve printing; and, can realize closed-loop control in automatic constant-velocity loading, constant-velocity displacing and constant-velocity deforming, as well as closed-loop control of automatic constant load, constant displacement and constant deformation. It also adopts PID and advanced fuzzy control algorithms. The machine can be freely switched to various control modes like stepless speed regulation, stress, deformation, displacement, etc. during a test. It can satisfy requirements of multiple test methods and standards including GB, ISO, DIN, ASTMD, JISK etc. During a test, the computer screen can dynamically display various test curves and switch to any other curve. It can plot stress-strain curves, force-elongation curves, force-time curves, deformation-time curves, and displacement-time curves. It can realize convenient contrast among curves of different colors, and select any selected section of a test curve to enlarge for more thorough analysis. It can test single samples or a group of samples. It also has many functions like automatic overloading protection.
